OK, so everyone thinks he knows how to put on a condom, but did
you know that putting it on wrong is the number one reason that condoms
fail? So, get it on right by following these steps:#1 – Open carefully
#2 – Pinch, place and unroll
#3 – Lube up
#4 – Hold on tight
Start fresh every time. Use a new condom every time. Never reuse one! You also don't want to use old or brittle condoms. So, throw out that rubber that's been sitting in your glove compartment. They're free in many places, such as your doctor, a community clinic, Planned Parenthood or the Health Department, so you have no excuse for not having a fresh one when the moment happens. Keep condoms in a cool, dry place, and always check the expiration date on the outside of the wrapper.
Open the wrapper carefully – no teeth or scissors!
Take your time to put one on... If it's your first time, try it on your own as practice. That way you'll feel better when you do it with a partner. Wait until you have an erection to put on the condom. Pinch the tip while unrolling it all the way down to the base of the penis. Why pinch the condom tip? If an air bubble gets caught inside, it could break the condom. It also gives the cum a place to go.
Use a water-based lubricant like K-Y Jelly, Wet or Astroglide to reduce the risk of the condom breaking (plus, it makes it more pleasurable for both you and your partner). DON'T use oil-based lubricants like Vaseline or massage oils or butter because they can make the condom break. A few drops of lube inside the tip of the rubber makes it nicer for you, too. One of the benefits of condoms you may not know is that sometimes erections last longer and you may not cum as quickly.
After you cum, hold on to the base of the condom and pull out of your partner before you lose your erection. Don't linger. You don't want the condom or its contents to get lost inside your partner
Throw the condom away in the trash – don't flush – and never reuse it!
Condoms come in a huge variety of shapes, colors, textures and flavors. Try lots of them until you find a condom you like. Have fun!
